Papad Paratha Recipe
In this dish, the papad, which is often served as an appetizer or as a dessert, is stuffed within a paratha. A paratha is packed with crushed masala papad to give it a crispy texture. I believe that this is an extremely original and inventive paratha. It is crunchy and delicious. Test it out for yourself. For the Paratha dough You will need: 2 cups of whole wheat flour, water to knead the dough, and salt to taste. For the Filling • Four papads • One medium, finely chopped onion • Two finely chopped green chilies • One-half cup of finely chopped fresh coriander • One teaspoon of chaat masala • Salt to taste Instructions Regarding the Paratha 1. Place flour in a bowl. 2. Knead a soft dough, similar to how we make chapattis and other stuffed parathas. 3. Allow it to settle for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. For the Filling 4.
